At ikeborm, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days from the date of receiving your order to return or exchange your item.
Return and Refund Process
To initiate a return or refund, please contact us first at business@ikebormtool.com. We will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at business@ikebormtool.com. We will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth exchange.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we provide once you contact us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
